Hi- Let me give you some background. I am a married father of two twin boys who are nearing elementary school age. The school district our house is zoned in isn't too stellar. Due to my job we needed to stay local and move two towns over to the better district. Long story short, there's an oil drill site that went up close to our house that even made local news for noise issues, so to say it was a hard to sell house is putting it lightly. Saint Joseph doesn't just work for houses, but apartments too! I bought a one bedroom apartment in my 20's which wasn't the best decision I had ever made because they're a dime a dozen here and new and better complexes are built all the time (I live in Kissimmee, Florida). I've been trying to sell it myself without a realtor on a website, but I almost changed my mind because I wasn't getting any bites. I bought the Saint Joseph statue and sold the next month. You should tell people on the website that if they are selling an apartment and can't bury it outside to bury it in a flower pot in their apartment. This is what I did and it totally worked!
